砖瓦泛霜箱操作规程：

■ 将实验组的砖样分别直立于5个浅盘中，往前盘中注入水面高度不低于20mm的蒸馏水，用有机玻璃或塑料薄膜覆盖在浅盘上，并将砖样通过有机玻璃或塑料薄膜上留有的长方形孔暴露在外面，记录时间。

■砖样浸在盘中的时间为7天。开始1~2天内经常加水以保持盘内水面的高度。在这7天内要求室内温度控制在16~32℃，相对湿度为30~70%。

■ 7天后将试验组和对照组砖样同时放入烘箱内，温度恒定在110~115℃，连续干燥24小时后取出冷却到常温，检查并记录泛霜程度。

Brick and tile frost box operation rules:

■ The brick sample is immersed in the dish for 7 days. Add water frequently for the first 1-2 days to keep the water level in the pan. In these 7 days, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 16 ~ 32 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 30 ~ 70%.

■ After 7 days, put the bricks of the test group and the control group into the oven at the same time, the temperature is constant at 110 ~ 115 ℃, and after taking 24 hours of continuous drying, take out and cool to normal temperature, check and record the degree of frost.

砖瓦泛霜箱使用说明：

■将未浸过水的10块砖样分成五对，每对砖的敲击声音相近，颜色相近，外观基本一致。

■再从每对砖样中取出一块，共五块，按顺序编号作为实验组。

■另外五块作为对照组，也按同样顺序编号。

■用毛刷把粘附在砖样上的粉尘刷掉，然后把这十块砖样放在110~115℃的烘箱内烘干到恒重，将砖样取出盛放在泛霜试验箱内冷却到常温即可开始试验。
