碘化丙ding (PI) 与溴化乙锭属于同一化学类别。与溴化乙锭的情况一样,它的荧光在与核酸结合后增强了 20-30 倍。 PI 还以 DAPI 和ya啶橙的形式与 RNA 结合。 PI 通常用于识别细胞群中的死细胞,并用作多色荧光技术中的复染剂。它还可用于区分坏死、凋亡和正常细胞。适用于荧光显微镜、流式细胞仪和荧光仪。
